Dublin Zine Fair...11-12 August

Just wanted to promote this great fair, at which I'll have a stall (more on that anon!)

Dublin Zine Fair 2012

What: An annual event founded in 2011 to support and promote independent publishing, zines and artist books.

When: 11th & 12th of August, from 12pm -6pm.

Where: The Supafast Building, Great Strand Street, Dublin City Centre. (Marked in red in above map)

Why: To provide a platform for people to buy and sell independent publications and zines. To help zinesters to meet like minded people. To help the scene grow in Ireland. To inspire people to make get involved.

Ethical fashion

Hello - I'm working on my editorial portfolio at the moment - I did this illustration in response to an article on ethical fashion, and how consumers are increasingly interested in the stories behind the clothes they buy.

Hello - if you haven't already done so, then I strongly recommend you give 'duty' (ie daytime employment, child rearing etc) a wide birth, head to the seaside and buy yourself a 99... immediately.

Hapenny Flea Market - May 12th

Howdy and happy Friday! I'm at the Ha'penny Flea Market tomorrow, which takes place in the Grand Social from the new time of 12 - 6pm. I'll be selling lots of good things and displaying some original artworks, so hope to see y'aaaaalll there :)
